Course learnings

User experience is a central concept in my work as a social healthcare designer. This course helped me develop a solid understanding of UX and how designers can reflect on and intentionally shape experiences that create value in everyday life. It also influenced the way I empathize with users grounded in existing theories, including the importance of a multi-perspective approach and the consideration of values, both of which are reflected in my FMP.

Eventually we developed a workshop for Bureau Moeilijke Dingen which aims to investigate how the UX of LLMs like OpenAI can be optimized for design students (US).
