Designing for behavioural change
Course activities
This course focused on applying behaviour change theories within a design process. It strengthened my ability to translate behavioural frameworks into concrete design decisions and to critically reflect on ethical implications through value and stakeholder analysis.
Within a team, we developed Cowlivia: a Behaviour Change Technique (BCT)-driven app concept featuring a chatbot that supports people in reducing meat consumption by encouraging gradual and sustainable habit change.
