Course learnings
We acted as a design consultancy redesigning the user experience for start-up TouchPulse, where I took on the teamrole of planner and UX designer. The project strengthened my ability to empathise with users (US) as a basis for creating value-driven services (BE).
Through environmental observational studies and surveys with visually impaired users, followed by ideation informed by behaviour change theories (CA & US), we iteratively refined the concept using business-oriented tools across multiple sprints, guided by expert feedback (BE).

The project resulted in the integration of engaging training modules into TouchPulse’s navigation app for visually impaired users.
